  • Providing administrative and services to all departments and individuals in order for task and requirement to be completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update databases and records, control documents and perform data entry.
  • Deal with emails and calls and able to attend enquiries and requests
  • Coordinate with HR Manager for hiring process and manage recruitment dashboard.
  • Arrange and schedule necessary trainings for all the employee.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions, arrange CVs for evaluation or schedule interview for shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate with manpower companies as per project site requirements.

المهارات

  • Proven experience as an Admin/Recruitment Officer
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Portraying sound knowledge of the recruitment cycle through streamlined thinking and clear decision-making.
  • Ability to conduct a swift interview and selection process to hire suitable candidates within the prescribed time limit.
  • Established track record of sourcing suitable talent for companies and organizations.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular);
  • Bachelor degree; additional qualification as an Administrative or Recruitment officer will be a plus.
