Cash Management Products Sales Manager

Role : Cash Management Products Sales Manager
Location : Abu DhabiRole Purpose:

To work with Head of GTB Sales in order to commercialize and deploy advanced cash solutions to specific target clients in WBG.
To manage and take end-to-end responsibility for the cash Solutions in UAE and to meet / exceed sales goals and targets in respect of revenues and volumes.

Key Accountabilities of the role

To identify key target clients requiring advanced Cash Solutions to manage their cash needs.
Advanced Solutions includes payments and collections.
It will require also to identify and advise on the key technology partners for ADIB to offer advanced solutions.
Key target clients include some government entities across UAE as well private institutions, Financial Institutions & Non-Financial Institutions.
Cross sell GTB products/ services (cash-payments & collections-channels)
Promote H2H and Swifnet solutions to our clients.
Responsible to manage Cash Sales & Solutions.
Qualifying client needs & lead solution design working jointly with products team to create clients value propositions.
To monitor, track and report on sales activities on periodic basis and to ensure action is taken to meet sales targets.
Closely work with Head of GTB Sales, Head of Cash products, Acquiring team and internal Digital teams to provide best in class solutions for our clients.
Work with RM’s / UH and regional head to promote Cash Management offerings in ADIB to significantly increase transaction banking business.
Maintain a strong pipeline at any point of time with many clients and products at the same time.
Do at least 5 client calls a week (physical visits)
Ensure call reports are submitted after client calls with identified opportunities / actions on CRM.
Capture all the identified opportunities in CRM.
Prepare pricing summary with revenue and cost elements.
Monitor Industry trends & sharing insightful details with GTB management .

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

Good understanding of the cash management business and target clients in UAE.
Good Knowledge of the technology companies operating in this space.
Understanding of banking operations, treasury, Cash management and local Central Bank regulations in needed
Knowledge of Islamic banking & especially local UAE market.
Oral and written communication, sales, leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
