Key Responsibilities

· Assist in lead generation, get contacts of suppliers for the new categories to be added.

· Shortlist the vendors and submit the report to the vendor management lead for approval.

· Contact vendors and schedule meetings for the further proceedings.

· Responsible for contract preparation, send draft to the vendor before the final meeting.

· Maintain vendor contract files, soft and hard copy.

· Follow up with the vendor and ensure to get the contracts signed.

· Ensure to get the contracts renewed and maintain a tracker to avoid confusion.

· Maintain a complete vendor tracker with all the details.

· Be a first point of contact in the vendor management team.

· Assist in the On-boarding process, get information from the vendor required to prepare the contract.

· Assist in the launch process, and co-ordinate with the content management team to upload the new items in our website.

· Assist in business development, by communicating with the vendors and informing them about the company offers and discounts.

· Create offers and discounts by doing a market research and get approval from the vendor management lead.

· Assist in performing performance reviews by coordinating with the other departments and submit a report to the vendor management lead.
