. Knowledge of postgraduate training systems for health professionals . Awareness and knowledge of concepts and approaches of quality assurance and accreditation in context of postgraduate specialty training . Analytical skills in assessing postgraduate specialty programs in terms of performance and quality . Skills in handling accreditation requirements and process in context of postgraduate specialty education . Effective communication and coordination skills . Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills . Leadership and management competencies including organizational abilities and supervision skills. Recommended training courses . Quality assurance for health professions education . Accreditation of specialty education
Minimum Qualification
. MBBS or equivalent . Postgraduate qualification in one of the medical specialties . Postgraduate degree/certificate in medical education or equivalent
