The purpose of this job is to hire a female Administrative Assistant for International Immigration Firm.
Job Description for Administrative Assistant
Main Duties:
Administrative Assistant performs all of the following duties:
•    Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
•    Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
•    Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. 
•    Support team by performing tasks related to organization and communication.
•    Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person.
•    Organize Telephone Conferences and Meetings.
•    Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer.
•    Makes travel arrangements for employer such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
•    Record and Prepare minutes of meetings.
•    Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
•    Register Office expenditures in the specified templates/excel sheets and payment disbursements are to be carried out as per the customary protocols and petty cash instructions.
•    Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Skills and Qualifications Requirements:
•    Good English Language. 
•    Obedient and able to work in a heavily regulated environment. 
•    Reporting Skills.
•    Microsoft Office Skills.
•    Organization, Professionalism, and the ability to deal with Walk-ins.
•    Good and professional Verbal Communication.
Education Requirements: 
•    Completion of secondary school is usually required.
•    Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or
•    Previous relevant experience is required.

•    ALL CVs must be updated reflecting all past periods of employment and unemployment. 
•    ALL CVs MUST be accompanied by a recent photograph. 
•    If you are a none-Jordanian citizens, it is your responsibility to obtain a proof of authorization to work in Jordan.

Salary:
    During the first 3 months probationary period, a salary of JOD 260 will be paid. 
    JOD 350 after instatement. 
Working Hours: 
08:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Sunday to Thursday
