Training Manager

1. Manage and administration of training program of education, testing, and training, continuous assessment analysis and addressing all reports to GSAC.

2. Formulate, review and amend the training curriculum in coordination with GSAC based on GSAC training manuals and regulations.

3. Manages in-country and abroad courses of GSAC personnel.

4. He will develop a comprehensive training program that provides a detailed description of how the entire training program will lead to a fully qualified workforce throughout the life of contract.

5. Ensures individual OJT training records are maintained for each GSAC technician during his progression training showing completed training, qualification, and certifications.

6. Works with GSAC to perform evaluation Boards for qualification examination of technicians.

المهارات

1. Good background of international training, operation and maintenance systems and international standards such as (EASA), (FAA), (ICAO), (GACA), (IATA), and others.

2. Should have min (5) years maintenance and training experience on H-145 or similar platform.

3. Should be experienced in the field of proficiency up-grade training (OJT) for technicians in various specialties and required courses.

4. Should Have 3 Years in Technical Training planning and Data Base Management.

5. Should have 5 Years as Technical Instructor & coordinator in a training school of a Flying Air Base.

6. Should be experienced to develop work flow & management processes.

7. Must be expert to create and develop the Aircraft Maintenance Technical Training Manuals

8. Must be expert to create and develop the, methodology, Curriculums, Syllabi, Course Contents, lesson plans…etc. based on Systems approach to Training (SAT).

9. Must be expert to evaluate Training programs and Training deliverables

10. Must be expert to Training Quality Assurance and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

11. Must be expert in computer applications especially MS Office (Data Base, Excel, word, project, power point).
