PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
• Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work
• Works within standard operating procedures or scientific methods and a moderate degree of supervision

DEVELOPMENT IDEAS (70% experience 20% relationships 10% formal training) Experience:
• Start working more independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment while working confidently in front of customers
• Gain more exposure to technical issues and troubleshooting
Relationships:
• Shadow a more senior teammate
Formal Learning:
• Service program selling, sales support and customer presentation
Competencies:
• Gain knowledge about complete I&L product range (Kitchen, HK, Laundry)
• Learn about new DF10, DF20 dispenser range and its installation/maintenance procedures
• Enhance skills on laundry product maintenance and PMS
• Comply to iMAP reporting for all I&L products/customers
