About the Client:
A newly opened branch of a 5 Star hospitality group based in Dubai.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the general presentation/image of the restaurant on a daily basis – from the staff wearing uniform, cleanliness of the place at opening to proper closing procedures.
- Inspect and maintain wine rack as part of routine
- Be present to entertain questions, face any feedback, special requests, and or complaints about the service or the food
- Train new joiners on FOH team as per company policies and standards
- Lead the service to VVIP guests, corporate functions etc.

Salary: up to 2K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and meals
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and Eastern European nationals
- 30 to 45 years old
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on the same role from a 4-star hotel or luxury hospitality industry
- Open to home country experience
