Job Summary:
As a Subcontract Program Manager you will lead major subcontractors in support of our AN/TPY-2product line.
This is a results-oriented role with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, risk management. As a KSAAN/TPY-2 SCPM, you will provide support to the KSAAN/TPY-2 Localization Global Supply Chain Lead for your subcontract responsibilities focused on the Cooling Equipment Unit. Your general responsibilities will include strategy development and tactical execution to produce major assemblies and associated technologies for the AN/TPY-2 radar for subcontract partners located in Saudi Arabia. This is a highly visible role and the individual will be an impactful leader within the Global Supply Chain Management functional organization and a key partner in the Missile Defense Programs business.
This is an international assignment with a 2 year Memorandum of Understanding with added compensation emoluments. This position is located in Saudi Arabia and is accompanied.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Form and lead Subcontract Management teams supporting major end item production
Develop and communicate global supply chain strategies with Senior Leadership at multiple Raytheon businesses
Direct supplier start up activities including supplier assessments, performance management, risk and opportunity management, technical requirements flowdown and compliance
Effectively manage supplier production performance by developing/enhancing metrics, meeting cadences and utilizing established communication/escalation plans
Partner technology insertion, redesigns, and supplier development with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
Cross functional team leadership as supplier activity progresses
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Business, supply chain, OR in similar field.
10+ years of relevant business experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Prior leadership and management experience
Risk Management experience
Manufacturing, Procurement, or Operations management experience
Qualifications We Value:
Track record of successfully developing talent
Strong leadership and management skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally at Senior Leadership levels
PM, MPM, or SCM Certification (any level)
Experience using Product Data Management tools and MRP systems such as SAP / PRISM
EVMS Certification
Knowledge and experience working with FAR, DFAR
Knowledge of Export/Import requirements
Able to speak Arabic
Prior experience either working or living in the Middle East
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally at Senior Leadership levels
