About Our Client
Our client is a Saudi Arabian government entity responsible for developing a giga project in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating and reviewing all project strategies, project life-cycle work stage deliverables and encompassing project programs applicable to the project.
- Close interaction and coordination with relevant counterparts such as, the Engineering Technical Standards Department, Urban Planning, Project Execution Office, with the support industry leading Subject Matter Experts.
- Report directly to the Design Director and participate as a direct interface with all internal and external stakeholders, to confirm that relevant design packages comply with the applicable International Codes and Standards
- Collaborate with the Real Estate Development Department to enhance the culture of design excellence
- Work closely with the Project Design and Project Execution Office, participating in the review of strategies and development programs for the project and recommend approval
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Develop project scopes and objectives to ensure the timely delivery of design and technical requirements along with project feasibility from a Real Estate Developers remittance.
- Define project schedule, tasks, risks.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Assemble and coordinate project staff.
- Manage project resource allocation.
- Provide direction and support to project team.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, third parties and vendors.
- Project evaluations and assessment of results.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
The Successful Applicant
- BSc degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Should have a minimum 20 years of related experience.
- Enable, motivate, and inspire the team to meet deliverables within project.
- Make prompt, informed, and fact-based decisions for the good of the project
- Experience with a multi-national company is preferred
