Key Responsibilities

· Conduct meetings with the company’s clients on as required to obtain information regarding the clients’ business requirements, nature of services requested as well as to collect initial requirements from the clients to kick-off the project.

· Interview clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement

· Evaluate overall expenditure, compare it to budget and undertake financial analysis of the Client’s performance as well as assess the liquidity, solvency, financial health and profitability of their Company.

· Analyze and appraise financial data of the client’s company by applying diversified financial matrix tools /ratios to measure performance of their company; establish standard costs and collect operational data to determine cost of operations.

· Develop and maintain financial models and related analytical/reporting tools to ensure accuracy to provide independent financial analysis for proposed projects, expenditure, partnerships, mergers and new acquisitions and report the results to the Client and the Manager – Financial Advisory Services.

· Analyze a variety of financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures, projections, cost identification & allocation, etc.) and provide recommendations to ensure that all Departments of the client’s organization are efficiently managing financial resources.

· Provide high quality and timely investment advisory support to clients through conducting feasibility studies, financial due diligence, financial modelling & valuations, financial projections, and other type of financial analysis to support corporate decisions of the client.

· Perform valuation analysis on a wide range of illiquid investments broadly distributed across industries and geographies while using accepted and relevant approaches and theory.

· Maintain current client relationships as well as work on maximizing clients portfolio through maintaining personal networks, and participating in civic, business, and professional organizations

· Analyze growth, liquidity, financial stability, and profitability through the use of metrics, financial ratios & comparative figures and prepare all related charts and diagrams showing prior, current and forecasted revenues and expenses for easy comparison and evaluation.

· Utilize metrics and analysis to help leaders, clients and business owners understand the financial impact of strategies, facilitate trade-offs discussions, and help identify opportunities to optimize business growth in key programs.

· Assist in establishing systems and processes for payments related to funds and SPVs and for the tracking of financial position of all investments.

· Prepare presentations for new investment opportunities or existing assets using PowerPoint and pitch new businesses to both existing and prospect/new clients with an aim to maximize the chances of the company to be the leading Investment Advisor in the client’s business project.

· Conduct market research and feasibility studies on economic trends, sectorial changes, market developments, earning prospects, etc. to identify investment opportunities, and keep abreast of and mitigate potential risks to existing investments.

· Evaluate business proposals with complete analysis of economic impact on business.

· Examine and analyze financial and investment information such as profiles of companies, stock or bond prices, yields and future trends.

· Participate in new acquisitions’ due diligence processes which include close cooperation with external consultants

· Contribute to investment research to expand the firm’s knowledge and expertise

· Monitor key industry developments to assist the firm expand its awareness of important investment governance issues as they pertain to clients and their portfolios.

· Prepare reports of various nature related to Financial Advisory for clients and internal teams of the company as required.

· Perform any other tasks & additional responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Manager.

· Implement the approved policies & processes of the Financial Advisory Services Department and comply with the Company’s other policies throughout all daily activities.

المهارات

1. Requirement open for Arab nationals.

2. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related field is a must.

3. Professional Certifications such as CFA, CVA, CPA, CMA, CA or any related certifications is a plus.

4. Minimum of 4 – 6 years of experience in the same or related field.

5. Experience within the financial services industry, including investment consulting, accounting, banking and finance, funds management, superannuation or private wealth is preferred.

6. Financial modelling skills including experience building models from scratch.

7. Having both a technical and commercial mindset is advantageous, including an understanding of various organizational structures within an investment and/or portfolio management context.

8. Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint including spreadsheet modelling / quantitative skills.

9. This job may require conducting continuous visits to our clients’ sites
