الوصف الوظيفي
- Ensure Sales & Marketing plans are aligned and integrated with corporate and functional strategies. Create and deliver joint, strategic, and tactical initiatives aligned with customer priorities and organizational goals.
- Identify and actively pursue all new business opportunities within the local and export global markets.
- Conduct market surveys to find out product demand forecasts and specifications.
- Communicate pertinent information about customers to the management team and sales and marketing team members. Potential information includes competitive intelligence, pricing, assortment, marketing activities and merchandising opportunities/risks, forecast changes, and supply issues.
- Oversee the identification and pursuit of strategic business opportunities while continually striving to develop and expand market share.
- Work with sales and distribution operations, store operations, and/or warehouse partners to create priorities that align with business goals and objectives. Continuously monitor proper implementation projects.
- Investigate contract manufacturing possibilities and identify potential clients.
- Oversee the effective execution of contract manufacturing processes coordinating the people, resources, budget, and regulatory requirements to accomplish the projects within the specified timeline.
- Prepare decision-support analyses, including financial models to support key business decisions, and the tracking of cost-savings initiatives.
- Oversee in-depth analyses, utilize advanced analytic techniques to identify trends, and create recommendations for senior management.
- Stay up to date with the latest in clinical and pharmaceutical market trends/data, and industry changes and create/share this information with healthcare professionals/institutions.
