Job Summary:

Planning, direction and oversight of ongoing Quality Management (QM) activities to ensure optimal clinical service and financial outcomes; and integration with medical staff activities across the assigned facility.

1. Ensures Quality Management and Measurement initiatives are met.
2. Ensures implementation of Risk Management initiatives.
3. Ensures implementation of Patient Safety initiatives.
4. Provides ongoing evaluation and improvement of compliance with accreditation standards.
5. Plans and develops future special projects.

المهارات

Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:

• Education/Licensure:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Medical field.
2. Diploma in quality or hospital management or equivalent.
3. CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality)
4. Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

• Professional Experience:

1. 3-5 years experience in the healthcare sector with a minimum of 2 years experience in a senior position within a hospital environment.
2. Experience with Quality Management, Patient Safety and Risk Management with at least 3 years experience in JCI accreditation and other local accreditation agencies.
3. 1Frequent computer user, an expert in MS Office applications including a spreadsheet.

1. Strong leadership and communication skills
2. Strong analytical skills
3. Must have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
4. Proven ability to set priorities and complete work assignments in a self-directed manner.
5. Must possess a high degree of self-motivation.
6. Must be able to cope with a demanding workload.
7. Must be able to spend up to 25 % of his/her working hours traveling to other facilities.
