Key Responsibilities
· The Quality assurance manager is responsible for managing quality and food safety standards of food manufacturing.
· Develop and review quality and food safety policies and procedures related to ISO 22000 & HACCP.
· Perform Quality Audits and schedule inspections to assess compliance to food quality and safety standards.
· Ensure documentation of Food Safety and Quality Assurance procedures, guidelines, and work instructions are reviewed regularly and updated to reflect changes as per business needs or changes in Quality standards.
· Ensure implementation of HACCP program and maintain all regulatory documentation for ensuring compliance.
· Responsible for all tracking of KPI’s associated with Quality.
· Lead investigation of non-conformances and customer complaints to determine root causes, provide responses and determine corrective and/or preventative actions.

Candidate Profile:
Requirement open to all nationals
- Bachelor Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or Microbiology
- 10 years of technical experience in a similar role within Food Manufacturing
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 22000 and food safety inspection and management standards
- Experience in the development or implementation of Food Safety Programs preferable
