Detailed Job Description

  1. Overall management of the project to ensure that a high-quality program is delivered.
  2. Maintain a professional relationship with staff, clients and center staff.
  3. Transmit IMC vision and turn it to implemented strategies in the center.
  4. Conduct all essential and ongoing training in PFA, IASC and case management.
  5. Prepare monthly budget and control expenses.
  6. Liaison with Community Based Organizations (CBOs) in the field and provide them with the essential training.
  7. Create a positive team atmosphere and motivate the staff effectively.
  8. Provide the staff with supervision and advice.
  9. Liaise with other support services and conduct referral when indicated.
  10. Submit monthly activity calendar to IMC Mental Health and Psychosocial Director.
  11. Assist in the development and oversight of daily activities.
  12. Monitor the quality of services provided by Case Managers.
  13. Quality assurance for different activities of the project.
  14. Attend all meetings with partners and stakeholders in the field.

Minmum Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • Preferred Certification in PMP, PRINCE 2 or PMD.
  • 4 years of general experience of them 2 years in similar role
  • NGO Experience is required
  • Staff Supervision is required
