Operate as the key point of contact for activities related to the assigned projects including planning, operational support, monitoring and managing reporting, and communication for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and track the performance of programs and project portfolios (along quality, budget, cost and other parameters).
Define project reporting structure, governance frameworks, and documentation requirements and processes.
Track and monitor the master plan of the assigned development projects, highlight deviations, and make changes to the plan in case of any delays / unforeseen circumstances .
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends to be provided to senior stakeholders for reviews and updates.
Prepare project continuity plans and crisis management policies to ensure minimal damage in case of any issues, delays, and on-the-ground crises.
Determine requirements for materials, equipment, and manpower and coordinate internally for resource availability.
Maintain a stakeholder communication plan for the key stakeholders of the project and specify means, methods, and frequency of communication for each.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and remote teams to ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and deliverables.

المهارات

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Management or equivalent is required.
10+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
