Job Objectives :

Looking for a plastic manufacturing supervisor to support the plastics production operation and maintenance application of a wide variety of plastics processes. Applies technical knowledge of all kinds of plastic manufacturing (blowing & injection). This role will be working closely with the engineering team to tackle any aspect of equipment operation and process troubleshooting to keep the equipment running and making good products with high quality.

Job Description :

Follows up and supervises the operation of all plastic molding machines and all auxiliary, utility equipment in the production line.
Handles all troubleshooting of any machine to achieve high productivity with high quality.
Reads machine manuals to determine setup, operation and maintenance of any machine before running and make the documents according that.
Applies all GMP process and instructions in the plastic plant.
Follows up Company's plastic plant and records all technical data in the document sheets and forms.
Supervises the implementation of all planned maintenance (protective & preventive) for every machine at scheduled time.
Ensures inspection and conformance to specifications of final product (leak, drop, weight).
Assists in design and develop new molds and production techniques process.
Improves product quality and cost reductions.
Develops and modifies manufacturing documentation and data sheets.
Make sure to apply all HSE instructions and cautions in the plant.
Make sure to apply all ISO procedures and complete any of the following ISO or QA forms when necessary.
Collects and makes requisitions of all spare parts and raw materials to the supply chain system.
Supervises cleaning of the production hall and storage area condition.
Trains the operators and helpers for any new machine or any new technic in production process.
Supervises the packaging process and transformation of the products to the customers.
Coordinates and cooperates with all administrative issues with the plant manager.
Keeps assembled mold and mold components at a secure position and status.

المهارات

Pharmaceutical industry expert preferred.
Ability to operate and maintain a wide variety of measuring and calibration tools.
Good English language.
Good knowledge of MS office programs (Word, Excel…)
Good knowledge in machine control and PLC preferred.
Low voltage and control system experience preferred.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to change direction quickly
Strong understanding of engineering and reliability fundamentals.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Remain engaged, proactive and positive in tough circumstances, owning assignments and taking full accountability for their success.
