Job Objectives :

Looking for an engineer to support the plastics production operation, maintenance, develop / implement application of a wide variety of plastics processes. Applies engineering knowledge of all kinds of plastic manufacturing (blowing & injection). This role will be working closely with the engineering team to tackle any aspect of equipment operation and process troubleshooting to keep the equipment running and making good products with high quality.

Job Description :

Studies assembly drawings of the machines or production lines and plans sequence of operations inside the plant.
Apply recommends techniques to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product, and use of equipment to increase efficiency of plant.
Make the production plane, schedule to the operators, and achieve it.
Support on production equipment operations, maintenance, software program / troubleshooting for blow molding machines as well as auxiliary equipment (crusher, mixer, conveyor, pumps compressor, chiller, and testing machine….etc.).
Implement all planned maintenance (protective & preventive) as scheduled.
Request all necessary spare parts and raw materials to maintain the productivity of the plant.
High response for any troubleshooting equipment to maintain the productivity of the plant.
Trains all technicians and operators for any new instrument or software.
Assist in design and assembly of any prototype-manufacturing mold or any extension-wise of work with the engineering team.
Execute all engineering tasks independently after initial instruction.
Lead other technicians' work on large assembly projects as company requirements.
Adhere to all ISO procedures and complete any of the following ISO or QA forms when necessary.

Pharmaceutical industry expert preferred.
Experience with common MS office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with AutoCAD program.
Experience in machine programming preferred.
Basic PLC troubleshooting is preferred.
Strong understanding of engineering and reliability fundamentals.
Ability to operate and maintain a wide variety of measuring and calibration tools.
Low voltage and control system experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Remain engaged, proactive and positive in tough circumstances, owning assignments and taking full accountability for their success
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to change direction quickly
