الوصف الوظيفي

1. Provide advice to senior staff concerning manning, training and operational readiness of aircrew, and the impacts of aircraft procurements and changes in organization on these areas. Create and maintain databases and models tracking current and historic aircrew information.

2. Perform analysis of statistical data on aircraft and aircrews to identify deficiencies and adverse trends and the corrective actions required. Use creative and innovative thinking to formulate and/or evaluate potential solutions.

3. Forecast future aircrew training requirements based upon current status, regulatory guidance, and projected strategic and operational changes.

4. Translate technical military information/data into operational models for development of concepts of operations.

5. Brief senior staff with the aim of implementing practical and effective operations and aircrew training.

6. If needed, with military staff approval, liaison with outside companies and organizations.

7. If needed, will work TDY at other locations as required by the organization.

المهارات

1. Military experience background

2. Minimum of 5 years in aircrew training and good all-around awareness and knowledge of aircrew training.

3. Must have 2-3 years experience in aviation industry at managerial position

4. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

5. Highly proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Power Point, and Excel).

6. Must have the ability to work well with others as an overall team to accomplish all tasks and the missions.
