About the role
We are on the lookout for a Manager, HRIS & Compliance, who will support and maintain internal HR systems and services used in the organisation, and be responsible for maintaining colleague data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity. Furthermore, conducting regular audits to ensure the HR department is in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
The role will also include liaising with the relevant stakeholders in implementation of systems to ensure they are aligned to business needs. Collaborating with the HR team to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases, while recommending and implementing solutions. Also providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to the HR team will be key to the role.
About you
The successful Manager, HRIS & Compliance candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, be familiar with HR policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organisational needs and goals.
Ideally, you would also have previous experience working with SAP, have in-depth knowledge of HCM SuccessFactors Suite, ideally employee central, recruitment, onboarding, and performance & goals. Having extensive HR systems analytical and reporting skills is also essential to the role.
