A leading Mixed Use Development Real Estate Developer is hiring a Maintenance & Installation Supervisor.

Based in Riyadh you will supervise, plan, and manage all activities and processes within the Installation & Maintenance Services section to ensure that the entire activities are as per the organization’s directions and standards.

You will ensure all technical services activities are aligned with the organization’s policies, procedures, and standards.
Develop, evaluate and review technical services procedures and standards and communicate any updates or enhancements of the same.
Prepare and submit equipment inspection schedules to technicians/coordinators and monitor progress.
Supervise and monitor the regular inspection of the organization’s store equipment, utilities, and facilities, in addition to reviewing all equipment warranties’ terms and conditions.
Supervise and monitor the overall store equipment performance and report any deviations to the Director of Equipment.
Monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability, and customer satisfaction standards.
Managed and implement service activities to fulfill maintenance contracts and service level agreements.
Manage service providers and conduct periodic evaluations of service providers.
Supervise, plan and manage all the activities and processes within the Equipment Technical Services Division including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and consumable spare parts management.
Review and approve in coordination with the Director Equipment maintenance work orders performed by service providers, in addition to approving technicians’ maintenance work orders related to consumable spare parts.
Lead, and develop a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that installations are completed on time and according to customers’ and the organisation’s standard requirements.
