Job Objectives :

Looking for a plastic forming machine technical operator to support the plastics production operation, and maintenance application of a wide variety of plastics processes. Applies technical knowledge of all kinds of plastic manufacturing (blowing & injection). This role will be working closely with the engineering team to tackle any aspect of equipment operation and process troubleshooting to keep the equipment running and making good products with high quality.

Job Description :

Operates plastic blow molding machine and all auxiliary equipment in production line.
Handles plastic blow molding machine software program to adjust the prescribed
operating parameters to produce good products with high quality.
Reads specifications to determine setup and operation of any machine before running.
Observes and records in document sheets and forms all operating parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, thickness, weight, voltage, amp, and time) for every machine.
Regulates molding wall thickness, temperature, volume, pressure, and time.
Implements all planned maintenance (protective & preventive) of the machine in time.
Follows all safety instructions and cautions in the plant.
Follows all ISO procedures and completes any of the following ISO or QA forms when necessary.
Requests all necessary spare parts and raw materials to maintain the productivity of the machines.
Keeps the production hall and storage area clean and in good condition.
Operates a mixing machine and adjusts the mixing ratio of pure plastic granule and reused plastic to produce a good product.
Operates crusher of scrap plastic into powder and stores it until using.
Operates all utility equipment (chiller, compressor, pumps…)
Inspects products for surface defects and flaws.
Ensures conformance to specifications.
Eliminate the production of defective parts and products.
Make final product tests (leak, drop, weight).

Can read and write English well.
Strong understanding of operation and reliability fundamentals.
Ability to operate and maintain a wide variety of measuring and calibration tools.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to change direction quickly.
Can work under pressure and take the responsibility and commitment.
