We run our operations on both private and public cloud platforms, running IaC defined in Git repos with an emphasis on containerization and container orchestration.
An experienced Linux Systems Specialist will assist with operations as well as projects to handle the multi-faceted needs. The candidate should support current apps-stack and compile, upgrade, and troubleshoot open-source applications.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Advanced certification in Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Containers, Cloud technology, and in SRE/DevOps domain is a plus.
Experience
• Seven (7) years of work experience in IT where four (4) years of it as GitOps Engineer and Linux sysadmin with a proven track record of administering Linux systems, containers and Kubernetes clusters, and public clouds such Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Extensive work experience with open source applications, experience with managing compilation process, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Extensive work experience with Git and GitLab and familiarity with GitOps principles.
• Experience with automation and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices (processes, configuration management, health checks, deployments, data management).
