Job Title: Legal and Compliance officer
Key Responsibilities
· Assist HOD to ensure documentation of all deals and transactions (agreements, contracts etc.) to which company is a party to and ensure that company’s interests are well protected.
· Comply and assist in auditing the compliance with policies and procedures laws and contracts,
· Follow-up with government regulatory bodies in order to be acquainted with any new laws/regulations and executive orders newly enacted that may impact to the company.
· Share applicable laws & regulations with the concerned departments on the formats approved by Head of Legal.
· Assist HOD in preparing standard agreements company sales activities
· Provide documentation and necessary feedback and follow up with the external counsel when handling disputes before the courts and other legal bodies
· Managing dispute resolution and settlement claims outside courts
· Translate legal documents into English/Arabic for internal use as required by HOD
· Resolve any other issue that arises in day to day working of the company which might relate to accidents, insurance claims, tenders, contracts etc.
· Assist the management in the fulfilling its obligations, statutory or otherwise, concerning prevention of personal injuries
· Review, draft and negotiate contracts in the groups best interest
· Drafting agendas and meeting minutes of shareholders & board of directors under HOD impression
· Maintain a safe working environment
· Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards as well as core business values and IMS policies.
· Obey and adhere to the HR & QHSE communication
· Comply with applicable office policies
· Reporting of unsafe acts and condition to QHSE
· Incident reporting

1. Requirement opens for Arab nationals.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in law from recognized University
3. 4+ Years of similar experience
4. Fluent in Arabic and English
