Job purpose:
₋ Bank at Work reports directly to Head of Retail and it fully owns the end-to-end process including sales fulfillment which is executed by service teams. Unit has its own execution team, without having to rely on other units/branches for execution. Bank at Work is a strategic priority for Retail, with an appetite for faster results.
₋ The main purpose of the job is to set the sales strategy of the team and leading the RMs to success in achieving its target of onboarding Retail salaried customers from corporate clients.
Key accountabilities
₋ Sets the sales strategy of the unit and plans the required activities to achieve it
₋ Compiles and prioritizes leads from primary and secondary sources (e.g. account planning sessions, institutional database, corporate champions, etc.)
₋ Assigns leads to B@W RMs on a weekly basis
₋ Pitch the salary projects to key corporate clients
₋ Facilitates the collaboration between corporate and retail (leads collection, prioritization and tracking, facilitation meetings to investigate the client’s needs and tailor a product)
₋ Facilitates daily, weekly, monthly check-ins with the B@W team
₋ Attends institutional meetings for major companies where needed
₋ Facilitates and compiles the collaboration within Retail department to create tailored offers for clients (i.e. setting up DSF booths, approving special rates, products features adjustments)
₋ Reports to GM and provides analytics as needed
₋ Ensures that the unit is adequately staffed and equipped

₋ Increase of penetration of salary and other projects among CBD clients
₋ Setting a sound strategy and executing
₋ Setting effective partnerships with different corporate clients to promote retail products
₋ Marketing campaign execution
₋ Continuous development/adjustment of retail banking products to meet clients’ needs

Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline Or equivalent experience
Knowledge:
₋ Sales techniques & processes
₋ Product knowledge
₋ Marketing best practice
₋ Local market, locations, potential partners
Experience:
₋ Experience as a relationship manager in either retail or corporate/commercial banking
₋ Understanding of banking products and sales
₋ Sales team supervision
₋ Handling partner relationships
