RESPONSIBILITIES
● Having a hands-on mentality, being a heart of Operations, building up a strong team capable to
develop best in class customer centric in-house semi-automated warehousing for online business
and scale effectively
● Ensure a good understanding of KPI and SLA within the team. Build the necessary tracking tools
and governance to drive performance monitoring and continuous improvement 
● Planning operations and ensuring readiness for peaks of activity: labor force, resources and
consuming materials planning.
● Lead and develop strong leadership across all levels of operations
● Establish a strong sense of quality and customer excellence mindset in the team 
● Oversee operations efficiency. Manage cost and productivities as per established budget and
create a system for continuous improvement and optimization, involvement of team in continuous
improvement processes
● Efficiently Identify and address bottlenecks, problems, and opportunities for the Process
Excellence team.
● Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
● Support worker development within the organization.

 MIN REQUIREMENTS
● 5+ years of overall working experience in setting up and leading e-com operations with strong
focus on operations management and leadership in e-com at scale. 
● Strong leadership skills to hire, build and develop and scale operational teams 
● Deep understanding of warehousing including general finance and budgeting, labor regulation,
safety rules, etc. 
● Deep and genuine passion for customer experience, teams, processes and operational
excellence
● Good knowledge of LEAN and other continuous improvement methods
● Strong problem solving, structuring and execution skills individually and with teams 
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers across operation teams to ensure
an integrated and highly cx optimized value chain
● Very proactive/ hands on with strong ownership mentality to take on tasks and provide solutions
