Position Title: FM Coordinator

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:

A well established group of companies with expertise in multiple sectors such as real estate, education, manufacturing and maritime

Job Description:

• Attend tenants’ complaints and find the best solution to resolve the issue
• Assign and monitor tasks to 3rd party maintenance company
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
• Get quotations for all kind of works & check on the rates
• Finalise AMC contracts & Vendor’s KPI
• Supervise and monitor hard and soft services
• Create a system and standards for all work

المهارات

Qualifications:

• Open to any nationals
• At least 3 years’ of experience in the similar role
• UAE Driving license is a must
• Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized
