Position Title: FM Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A well established group of companies with expertise in multiple sectors such as real estate, education, manufacturing and maritime
Job Description:
- Attend tenants’ complaints and find the best solution to resolve the issue
- Assign and monitor tasks to 3rd party maintenance company
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Get quotations for all kind of works & check on the rates
- Finalise AMC contracts & Vendor’s KPI
- Supervise and monitor hard and soft services
- Create a system and standards for all work
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to any nationals
- At least 3 years’ of experience in the similar role
- UAE Driving license is a must
- Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized
