Finance Manager

Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
Manage the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
Forecast cash-flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
Negotiate debt financing.
Maintain banking relationships.
Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange deals.
Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure.
Recommend appropriate dividend issuances, based on historical dividend patterns and expected cash flows
Take the lead in developing company’s budget and act as budget controller.
Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances
Analyze / interpret business proposals to produce financial feasibility studies to decide on new investments.
Engage in ongoing cost reduction to achieve organizational goal through cost analysis, cost optimization, and cost-saving support and monitoring analyses in all areas of the company.
Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement.
Participate in target costing activities to achieve predetermined price goals for products.
Assist in the preparation / negotiation of new business contracts. Assess and advise the
management team on all prospective contracts and agreements.
