The Dealer Manager role is the key relationship manager with Business Partners in region, including Distributors and Sub-Dealers. Working in partnership with the Commercial Director, the selected candidate will implement effective business strategies to support the growth of our market share through dealers in a sustainable and ethical mode.

Description
Support Dealer Rebate calculationsMonitor dealer inventory levels (working capital focus)Support dealers within areas of responsibilityObtain, review and evaluate tenders and large orders, ensuring market relevance, delivery and profitabilityImplement promotions to encourage usage within area of responsibilityAbility to apply the sales process to dealer arrangements, resulting in both sales and profit targets being met or exceeded in a sustainable mannerPromote the company within the area of responsibility, ensuring dealer sales teams, have the information and tools to encourage end user pull throughPresentations and negotiations at high level with OPLs/ KOLs, University / MOH heads of departments

7 years in Sales and Commercial experience in a similar roleExperience selling capital equipment essentialProven success and ability to bring techniques and passion for best practice in this fieldBusiness Background and Analytics and relationshipsMBA / Business DegreeStrong excel skills
