We are looking to hire Self Motivated, Highly Ambitious, young and energetic Client Investment Executive in a reputed Real Estate Company.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Sales background.

Responsibilities:

– Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

– Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

– Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences.

– Maintaining and updating database with customer information.

– Always strive towards meeting sales quota.

– Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales and leasing process.

– Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

– Stay up to date with the real estate market conditions, new developments, Central bank regulations around mortgages, educate clients about market trends and the home buying process.

Required Skills:

Fluent in English.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Professional telephone etiquette and excellent customer service skills.
Must possess good knowledge of Real Estate Market.
Experience of meeting sales targets, and working under competitive work culture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven individuals with a positive attitude.
Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a team.
