  • Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
  • Implement accounting systems and processes.
  • Reconcile income statements.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Control the master data of the general register.
  • Review and release online banking payments.
  • Ensure compliance with state revenue service.
  • Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
  • Manage the full financial process.
  • Prepare an expense budget report
  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
  • Review and recommend changes in internal audit controls.
  • Execute audit assistant functions to check the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance of TAX regulatory guidelines and generally accepted auditing standards.
  • Review, assess and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls of a business unit.
  • Verify and inspect accounts receivable and payable ledgers and general ledger for its accuracy.
  • Check, inspect and reconcile bank deposits and payments.
  • Study, inspect and assess, budgets, balance sheets and other related financial statements and records.
  • Final knowledge and process of VAT return filing, Corporate Tax return filing and all financial compliance such as ESR, AML, CRS, etc.

المهارات

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with chartered accountant certificate holder, with experience in Dubai in taxation, corporate tax, audit, finance.
