Senior Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Monitor and report the stock aging in order to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock.
- Prepare the bank's reconciliation and follow up to solve the outstanding transactions.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Database management skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or similar preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the retail sector.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management software such as Microsoft Dynamic AX.
- Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
- Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
