Scope of Work

• Ensure Asset Management policies and procedures

• Ensure Asset Management best practices as per ISO 55001 system

• Ensure an accurate and updated asset registry in the EAM System (SAP-PM / MAXIMO)

• Ensure external assets are mapped in Geographical Information System

• Ensure asset disposal of non-conforming assets

• Ensure new assets are acquired according to procedures, capitalized on time (if applicable), and ensuring their registration in the EAM System (SAP-PM / MAXIMO)

• Coordinate and ensure completion and verification of asset-related reports

• Liaise with Finance on Asset management-related activities such as disposals, capitalizations, inventories, impairments and others.

• Any other jobs assigned to you by the Management from time to time.

Competencies

• IBM EAM-MAXIMO

• Proficiency in Physical Asset Management best practices and international standards

• Proficiency in Reporting

• Proficiency in Windows MS applications

• Organize Presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Systems, Industrial) Engineering.

Experience

• 5 years of experience in the relevant field preferably in a large organization.

• Ability to work in a multi-cultural, bilingual environment.
