1. Manage and administration of Aircrew training program, monitoring testing and evaluation schedules, continuous assessment analysis and addressing all reports to GSAC.

2. Formulate, review and amend the training curriculum in coordination with GSAC Aircrew training manuals, publications, and regulations.

3. Manages in-country and abroad courses of GSAC personnel.

4. Develop a comprehensive training program that provides a detailed description of how the entire training program will lead to a fully qualified workforce throughout the life of contract.

5. Ensures Aircrew training records are maintained for each GSAC aircrew during his progression training showing completed training, qualification, and certifications.

6. Works with GSAC to perform evaluations and qualification examination of Aircrew.

7. To develop & write Training material, publications, syllabus and Exams. To perform Review& Correction of these publications upon requirement.

8. Perform instructional duties for GSAC relevant personnel..

9. To advise the Commanders about training requirement.

المهارات

1. Good background of international training, operation and international standards such as (EASA), (FAA), (ICAO), (GACA), (IATA), and others.

2. Should have min (5) years Aircrew training experience in an aircrew training school / Flying Base

3. Military experience background

4. Should Have 3 Years in Training planning and Data Base Management.

5. Should have 5 Years as Instructor & coordinator

6. Should be experienced in the field of proficiency up-grade training

7. Should be experienced to develop work flow & management processes.

8. Must be expert to create and develop the, methodology, Curriculums, Syllabi, Course Contents, lesson plans. etc. based on Systems approach to Training (SAT).

9. Must be expert to evaluate Training programs and Training deliverables

10. Must be expert in computer applications especially MS Office (Data Base, Excel, word, project, power point).
