Job description
o Job description:
- Assesses existing work requests in Service Request systems for Residential customer and ensures proper workflow and closing.
- Assesses urgency and responds appropriately, escalating issues as necessary.
- Monitoring the current number of requests that require attention, are late, require approvals, have errors, or are still open.
- Reviews, approves, creates, and monitors work orders in Service Request System (CAEMS).
- Ensure stakeholders coordination for successful and satisfactory solution for tenants.
- Liaise with tenants, service providers and customer service team to ensure proper communication between parties.
- Monitors, tracks, and provides information on the status of work orders and explains work order processes to tenants and customer service.
- Educates customers on services and resources; directs customers to electronic information and systems and works to ensure SR policies and procedures are followed.
- Monitor Service Providers responses to resolve SR.

المهارات
o Basic Qualifications:
- Engineering degree, Architectural degree, or equivalent certification.
- 5 years’ experience in Facilities management or construction projects
- At least 1 year customer service experience
o Able to:
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with a variety of college staff, students, public, external contractors.
- Analyzing situations and quickly identifying appropriate action and choose the most effective response.
- Work under pressure.
- Work with difficult and irate customers.
- Work independently.
- Remain calm and objective
