What you will do
Project Delivery Design
- To implement the Corporate Identity (CI) for different automotive brands.
- To Communicate with the brand principle and business for finalization of design and implementation.
- To handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Project Delivery Quality
- To execute the project to ensure that the quality of the final project has achieved the quality standards defined by the project brief resulting in receipt of the Completion Certificate.
- To handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project values up to 100 million in construction.
Project Delivery Progress
- To execute the project to ensure that the progress of the project is achieved within the described timeframe keeping all team members always informed of progress.
- To handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project values up to 100 million in construction.
Project Delivery Cost
- To execute the project to ensure that the costs of the project are maintained within the described limits of the project viability.
- To handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project values up to 100 million in construction.
Project Value Engineering
- Ensure that the project team is accurately and timely informed about value added/buildability options for the projects execution.
Human Resource Development
- Ensure that the project team is adequately staffed with competent site staff.
Project Reporting
- Ensure that a record of project activity is maintained for the duration of the project.
Project Documentation
- Ensure that a true record of the completed project documentation is available on completion of the project.
Project Construction Participants
- Ensure that project participants are comprehensively evaluated as suitable for inclusion for the project’s execution and actively participate in evaluations and negotiations to achieve this objective.
Tender Documentation
- Ensure that all Tender and Contract documentation is prepared in a co-ordinated manner in conjunction with the project team.

What equips you for the role
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Civil Engineering and Building/ University Degree. Proactive approach with good communication skills developed in a multinational environment with a minimum of 10 years major project experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel), MS Project is a must.
Minimum Experience:
- 10 – 15 years’ experience in the construction field either from a contracting or consulting background with most of the experience gained in a multinational environment.
