High Force Engineering Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our sales team and customers.
As a Sales Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Office based technical sales support to customers enquiries and leads.
- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, tools, and services.
- Preparation of customer proposals.
- Preparation of tender responses and requests for quotations.
- Handling of initial enquiries.
- Collation of information for proposals and tender responses.
- Assisting with proposal preparation / supporting tender submissions.
- Providing bid management function on large bids and tenders.
- Collation and issuance of "Approval" documentation.
- Pre-submission – validation of proposals in line with authority levels.
- Commercial support (terms and conditions including contract negotiations in conjunction with Sales Manager).
- Producing data for reporting for Business Managers and Management.
- Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers and other professional personnel.
- Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Negotiation skills.
- Computer skills.
- Proposals preparation.
- Email communication skills.
- Customer relationship.
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- BA/BS University degree in Engineering.
- Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Good Co-Ordination and commutations skills.
- Good team player.
- Experience in sales would be advantageous.
