الوصف الوظيفي
1.Process approved finance applications in the relevant systems.
2. Review and process loan repayment plans.
3. Prepare loan files for settlement.
4. Process the funding of the loan.
5. Check post settlement of finance process.
6. Check any red flags in a loan application and try to resolve any problems before the finance processing.
7. Check transactional finance details are balanced (loan proceeds and general ledger accounts)
8. Ensure processed finances are properly set up on system.
9. Update finance account records.
10. The relevant set up forms are prepared and forwarded to Supervisor for checking.
11. Periodical (month end/quarter end/year end) transactions to be processed as appropriate.
12. To ensure that all loan requests (applications) received are checked and processed the same day in order to ensure that there is no back-log at any point of time.
13. Prompt filing/archiving of duly processed loan records.
