An IT support technician is responsible for
- ensuring proper technical support is provided to employees of an organization.
- All hardware and software equipment is required to enhance the technical performance of the available IT systems.
- These technicians ensure the data and information within the organization are secure.
- They also upgrade the IT systems as and when it is necessary.
- All technicians must be well versed in providing end-to-end IT support.
- IT Support Specialists should also be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- They focus on the enhancement of operational efficiency and productivity of the organizations.
