الوصف الوظيفي

  • Accept and ensure dispatch of all customer transactions received by the CPS counter to various department as necessary and within laid down time frames (SLA).
  • Receiving bags from door to door customers, and also e mail indemnity and ensure that each is sent to the concerned dept.
  • Receiving fax and printing e mail indemnity and confirm with the customer on the recorded line to proceed.
  • Obtain Supervisor/Manager approval on all transactions forwarded to the back office for processing.
  • Receive Corporate inquiries, liaise with appropriate departments and ensue resolution
  • Advise the customers to all aspects of the bank’s full range of Corporate products and services, assess opportunities for cross selling.
  • Assist the Corporate customers in completing the required formalities as per bank’s Requirements, relating to the type of transactions they wish to avail.
  • Liaise with the concerns Dept. to ensure urgent process of transactions.

  • Computer and MS office skills.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Arabic language is a plus
  • Knowledge of banking processes and back office support is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the banking sector in Qatar and the region is a plus.

Minimum Experience

  • 0-2 years of banking experience is required.
