JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for assisting the marketing projects and tasks across the countries in the region.
- Following up and tracking each project and prepare the report on time.
- Executing the routine tasks, including performance tracking, internal work process, payment and contract control, etc.
- Working closely with the regional team, HQ global marketing team, sales team, and marketing partners to assist all marketing activities.
- Collecting the industry information and market trend, delivering the suggestions to the team and line manager.
- Preparing required report and deliver the result on time.
- Assisting team and manager's daily work, meanwhile being responsible to follow up the HQ's assignment.
- Responsible for campaigns for existing and new stores, building and maintaining media relationships and ensuring effective communications with agencies in all markets.
- Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves and identifying prospective clients from various sectors and generating business from the existing.
- Manage customer centric operations and ensure customer satisfaction by achieving service quality norms.
- Identify current market trends, gather competitor's data, identify consumer insights to increase brand penetration and brand loyalty in the market.
- Support for advertising media planning and working with local and national media houses, creative team, researchers and other media contacts for preparing cost effective Media Plan.
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager and update with the brand information as well as providing the required artworks/media plans/briefs and understanding region requirements and opportunities.
Knowledge and Skills
. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
. Should have good organizational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines
. Should be Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
