Our client is one of the top Real Estate Investment companies in Bahrain. As a property developer the company is known for its impressive projects that covers entertainment and industrial sectors. Our client shapes the future of real estate in Bahrain to create rewarding opportunities, amazing spaces and sustainable real estate solutions.
They are currently looking for a Leasing Manager to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Undertake design review to maximize leasing potential of new projects. Advise on tenant's requirements for shop fronts, services, unit s, headroom etc. to be factored into design stage.
  • Preparing leasing strategy including ideal tenancy mix, rates and necessary incentives for properties and advise on any suggested changes over the life of a property to increase/maintain occupancy levels.
  • Prepare and review proposals, offers to lease and heads of terms using standard forms and in line with company protocols.
  • Negotiate with potential tenants within level of authority to achieve best possible outcome for clients.
  • Produce accurate, comprehensive, and timely monthly reports in line with requirements.
  • Update the GM regularly about progress, issues being faced, recommendations or concerns about delivery of the terms of the PMA.
  • Take part in regular documented meetings with the relevant property management teams and ensure all action points completed on time.
  • Understand the key terms/covenants of lease agreements.
  • Carry out market research and provide market information on occupancy levels, rates, incentives as required for the preparation of leasing strategies or for strategy reviews when required.
  • Meetings with potential clients to promote Amana and attending pitches for new work.
  • Enhance the Company's market reputation through provision of first-class services promote Company's attributes as a key partner for renowned real estate entities.
  • Supervise and guide team members such that all reports understand the goals of the business and work towards those goals in their day-to-day activities.
  • Adhere with and follow Company policies that may change from time to time.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related subject
  • A minimum of 5-7 years broad leasing experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and good technical knowledge of leasing strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and decision making qualities
