Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION OBJECTIVE
– This job holder will be responsible for translating and transferring of ideas / concepts / designs into promotional displays and marketing brochures for products and services
– Develop distinctive logos for products and in-house brands, and create visual designs for marketing literature
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Solutions – Understand the creative and concept / territory business needs
– Apply advanced and diversified concepts to create the graphic representations on system with combination of different color pallets
– Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
– Innovate ideas / themes in graphical form for various requirements coming from the territory marketing team
– Determine and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and of type
– Develop graphics and layouts for promotion posters, logos, displays etc every year
– Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
– Create the window display designs for Concepts and Stand-alone stores in the territories for new stores and all stores every season
– Create graphic artworks such as promo posters, logos and the like for the Concept – Designing proposals and artwork for marketing brochures, leaflets, coupons and flyers
– Prepare Art works for Signage's (outdoor / indoor)
– Coordinate with Concept Marketing Teams to pro-create graphic and artwork as required by the Concepts branding guidelines Miscellaneous
– Research and keep abreast of the latest designs, market trends, developments in IT and needs of the customers
– Coordinate and assist in the execution of large format printing including colour and profile management
– Oversee the printing needs for the Territory and stand-alone stores (vinyl poster, backlit poster etc.)
– Ensure that the visuals / posters are laminated, mounted and distributed properly for all the territories on schedule (if applicable)
– Prepare Photoshop presentations as and when required under the direction of the Marketing Manager
– Coordinate with the Visual Merchandisers in executing their requirements of seasonal changes and window themes
– Maintain large format printers (if applicable)
– Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools and technologies in Graphic Design
