The Role:
The role of the Host/Hostess within the Front-of-House team is to ensure that all guests receive an amazing experience from their first point of contact with the team, whether that is on the telephone making a reservation or from the moment they walk through the door.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
– At least one year experience in a similar role within a hotel or fine dining concept.
– A friendly and approachable demeanor.
– Passionate about customer service and hospitality.
– Willing to go the extra mile in ensuring that the needs of all guests are met.
– A relevant hospitality qualification would also be desirable. About Us:
