Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Controls Specialist to join AECOM in delivering a historical program, in the Medina region.
Responsibilities:

Lead Integrated Project Controls support to assigned Project Management Teams, ensuring integrated management of scheduling, cost, risk, change and reporting.
Oversee maintenance of various project schedules using Primavera P6 Project Management Software including those for sub-projects, studies and bids.
Review and analyze Contractors base schedule and recommend changes to the program to reduce any milestone difficulties, minimize critical paths, and identify interface conflicts.
Review and analyze contractors WBS and ensure conformity with the Baseline cost and estimating structure. Develop/establish weighting (EWF), progress, KPIs, manpower and equipment deployment.
Review, analyze, monitor and report progress of Contractors regularly updated progress schedules and forecasts, resource histograms, progress curves and current versus baseline comparisons.
Ensure incorporation of scope changes and monitor trends to reflect the current project scope.
Review/reschedule activities not matching the planned duration to minimize or eliminate any impact on the critical path. Report on the impact of any such rescheduled activities.
Prepare and develop appropriate detail summary project control schedules and incorporate summary level contractor schedules. Analyze and assess key critical paths and the impact on programme.
Review and audit Contractor related procedures and processes and ensure the integration of scheduling construction site and compatibility with deliveries of drawings, materials and equipment.
Prepare technical tender evaluations. Prepare various presentation and progress reports.

Minimum Requirements

High proficiency in Oracle P6 EPPM software and capability in capital project risk management and change software
More than 15 years of experience within in relevant projects
Minimum of 5 years of experience within mixed use developments preferred
Middle East experience preferred

Please note: This role is based in a remote location.
Preferred Qualifications

BSc, B.Eng, BA or equivalent
P.Eng or Chartered Status preferred
