The opportunity
Project: We are recruiting graduates across a wide range of disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, as well as quantity surveying, project management, planning, and controls roles
As a graduate architect, you will work with Senior members in the business, with a wide range of projects at different stages, this may consist of infrastructure projects, designing buildings, structures, and other spaces. You may also be responsible for overseeing the construction of these projects etc.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing 3D models of building designs, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Reviewing construction drawings and plans to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Coordinating with contractors during construction to ensure that work meets established standards.
• Performing site inspections during construction to ensure that work has been completed according to plans.
• Communicating regularly with clients regarding project status, budget, and design changes.
• Reviewing and approving contractor bids for construction projects.
• Developing construction drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborating with interior designers to ensure that designs meet functional needs.
• Managing the construction process from start to finish, including project management and client relations.

About you
Our evaluation criteria vary across disciple's minimum of a 2:1 classification (or equivalent, i.e. 60% or above) in a relevant degree.
If you have got experience in project management or in the construction sector will be a value add.
Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
