Your Job Duties
The Beauty Consultant will be responsible for providing outstanding customer services to all our clients and using appropriate sales methods and product knowledge to reach sales targets. He will also be responsible for counter cleanliness, catering, new product launches, product offerings, and marketing. Our consultant will also be obligated to maintain a high level of standards in terms of customer acquisition, as his responsibilities include:
. Develop and maintain guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
. Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, and uses of the product and services.
. Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance in meeting those needs and meeting or even anticipating customers expectations.
Informing customers of the product ranges best suited to their needs.
. Explain the uses and advantages of different brands and products.
. Boost sales while achieving line and sales targets by employing make-up knowledge.
. Follow-up goals at the store level.
. Preparing daily sales reports.
. Participation in achieving incentives.
. Follow-up sales goals after the launch of the new product at the store level.
. Ensure that in-store marketing levels are achieved as directed by the brand.
. Ensure that stores are replenished in the appropriate shelves and at the appropriate times.
. Submit stock shortage reports using the stock requisition form.
. Ensure that stock is received according to established procedures.
Essentials for success
At least 2 years of experience in the beauty sector.
