Our Oilfield Services (OFS) business provides intelligent connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our Sales team work in partnership with our business partners to build loyalty and develop sales growth. Understanding market trends and bringing solutions to customers

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for generating business opportunities and sales from customers within England & Wales. You will also develop a strategy to grow business within this space. You will identify new industries or businesses to exceed financial and growth targets.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building long-term strategic relationships with customers to originate sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth
  • Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within the assigned geographic area.
  • Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
  • Handling important clients for the product line.
  • Managing a sales strategy and building a pipeline of opportunities that increases order volumes/ profitability for customers
  • Developing technical proposals for customer requirements to define the scope, schedule, cost definition and optimization of products
  • Liaising with key clients and collaborating with stakeholders on complex sales processes to ensure successful delivery.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Have at least 5-8 yrs. of experience in Wireline operation & services with strong technical background for open Hole , cased Hole, Perforations , Rig less operation
  • Demonstrate extensive technical knowledge and experience in WLS by demonstrate his operation career journey through; General Field Engineer, Field service coordination or Technical support.
  • Be fluent in English
  • Display experience of leading, planning and executing successful market strategies or new technology introduction
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems, have the ability to lead programs and projects.
  • Display a good aptitude for building trusted relationships with key customers, partners, industry influencers and decision-makers
