Regional Sales Manager-Levant

A leading FMCG organization in the Middle East is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to handle the sales across Levant & Iraq for some of their global brands.

As an individual contributor you would be responsible for primary sales and IMS through distributors by developing joint business plans with partners to including trade marketing plans. You would also be handling A&P budgets and responsible for profitability along with the execution of schemes and monitoring competition.

Additional responsibilities include

– Forecasting volumes and interacting with supply chains to ensure stock availability.

– Identifying new potential markets in the region and setting up distribution networks there.

– Working with distributors sales teams to ensure execution of brand promotions.

– Develop a great working relation with distributors in order to increase the sales of the brands in the region.

Skills

Required Qualifications:

Graduate degree with minimum 5+ years of experience handling FMCG distributors in Levant/ Iraq in consumer products.

-Knowledge of Levant/ Iraq markets, trends and competitive landscape, preferably in the FMCG sector.

-Experience with sales operations handling including channel management and distribution claims management (preferably in the FMCG sector).

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to collaborate with and handle demands of multiple stakeholders in a timely and organized fashion.

– Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
