Description
Key responsibilities will include:
Evaluation of current and potential recruitment processesResponsible for the full recruitment cycleManagement of the recruitment team, with full responsibility for individual and team performance Management of recruitment metricsImplementing new sourcing methodsReviewing recruitment software and suggesting new measures where necessaryAdvising hiring managers on interviewing techniquesAdvising on improvements to employer brandingCoordinating with department heads and forecasting on future hiring needsStaying up to date on labour legislation and keeping team best informedPartake in job fairs and career eventsBuilt the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleagues and other partners.
Profile
Key requirements of the successful candidate include:
SAUDI NATIONALProven track record in recruitment positionStrong Leadership skills (management of recruitment team of 5+ years)Strong stakeholder management (Internal/External)Strong communication skillsTrack record in implementing/improving SaudizationSubstantial background in use of recruitment toolsStrategic approach yet knowledge of strong operational recruitment methodologies.
